Zinc-Alume Tanks Features
- These tanks are prefabricated, pre-engineered & site assembled bolted-panel tanks.
- The outer shell have superior zincalume coating (zinc: aluminum: silicon) in multiple layer which enhance the self-life of tank.
- The aluminum in the coating provides barrier protection to the steel whilst the zinc component provides sacrificial cut edge protection.
- The superior quality of food grade reinforced, heavy duty PVC liner secures the potable water for longer durations.
- Cathodic protection with magnesium anodes provides an enhanced life.

Major Components:
Liner
- Zinc-Alume tanks are lined with the finest quality material to make the tank leak proof and also to keep the water healthy and fresh. Our liner are made from food grade fibre reinforced PVC. The polyester scrim adds extra strength to the liner making is shear and puncture resistant, thus avoiding leakage of water and lesser maintenance. The liner is protected from puncture by the geotextile spread at the bottom of the tank making it more durable.

Zincalume Is An Alloy Of 43.5 % Zinc And 55% Aluminium And 1.5% Silicon Which Has More Strength Than Galvanised Steel. Zincalume Provides Excellent Corrosion Resistance And Resistance To Peeling And Cracking Under Varying Climatic Conditions.
